Bernard N. Blake

Sgt. Bernard N. Blake was a member of the 821st Security Police Squadron at Ellsworth Air Force Base. He died in a UH-1F “Huey” helicopter crash on 9 October 1971 near Wall, South Dakota, during a routine missile-site security personnel changeover.
